Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible to participate, Give-Away entrants must have a valid mailing address to which prize can be delivered by FedEx. Employees of PreSonus Audio Electronics, Inc. and participating PreSonus vendors, and the employees' immediate families, are not eligible to participate in the Give-Away. Existing eNewsletter recipients are eligible to enter for this contest.

How to Enter: To enter, you must register for the drawing from September 15, 2005 and January 31, 2006. Limit of one entry per person. Submission of invalid or incorrect information, including email addresses, shall make an entry void. PreSonus is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, or otherwise deficient or unusable entries.

Selection and Notification of Winner; Odds of Winning: Winners will be selected from eligible registrants of ADL 600 Give-Away Contest. One person will be selected. Winner will be notified by email within 10 days after the closing of the drawing on Janjary 31, 2006. Winner will be posted on PreSonus.com. The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. Winner will be notified via email. If the Winner fails to respond within 72 hours of notification, their winnings may be forfeited and another winner selected.

Prize: One ADL 600. There is no cash value. Prize will be shipped within eight weeks of verification of winner.

Entrant's Responsibilities: By entering the Give-Away, each entrant agrees: that he has read, understands, and will comply with these Rules; to be solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes due and for any liability related to such participation or prize; and to defend and hold PreSonus Audio Electronics, Inc. and its related officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from any such liability. Failure to comply with these Rules will result in disqualification. Each entrant represents and warrants that he is eligible to participate, the information being submitted is correct, and that the entry constitutes consent, without further compensation, to post the winner's name on presonus.com.

Use of Entry Information: The entry information for the Give-Away will only be given to PreSonus Audio Electronics and will be used for the sole purpose of the PreSonus News Email List.

Attempt to Interfere: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any online service or web site or to undermine the legitimate operations of the Give-Away or any PreSonus Audio Electronics web site is a violation of criminal and civil laws. PreSonus reserves the right to cancel the Give-Away if it becomes technically corrupted.

Void Where Prohibited: The Give-Away is subject to all United States federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and rules. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
